After You Submit Your Selection
- Once your selection is done, update the coordination group.
- Delivery dates are shared in the group after selection confirmation, as per the timeline.
- For videos, the editor shares the delivery date once your song is confirmed.
- If you need help while selecting, message in the group and the team will respond as available.
- Call support windows can be shared separately for urgent help.
Your Edited Files
- Edited photos are shared through a download link on the agreed date.
- The delivery link stays active for the communicated validity period.
- Download and back up everything well before that period ends.
