Group Closure
Final Confirmation
- When all the work in your quotation is complete, we post a closing note in the group.
- Tell us if anything is still pending from our end.
- We wait seven days from that message for your confirmation.
Before the Group Closes
- Download and back up all your data within those seven days.
- If you would rather collect the data from our office, visit us within the same seven days.
- After seven days the data is deleted from our systems to make space for new bookings.
- Once it is deleted we cannot be responsible for any further data, edits, or changes.
- After your confirmation we close the group and exit it. Thank you for choosing us.
